i saw what you posted in game spot,but you forgot to mention i have art in this site,you could tell that as a favor.
And, I thought the 'ghosts' made the image look really 'hand-drawn'! (which is a good thing! lol) I know it's actually a picture, and you probably don't want it to look hand-drawn, but... eh, it happens! Anyhow, I like!
Usually, a photo can only have a contrast (EV) range of 6. HDR can achieve ranges of 10+, which is closer to the human eye.
It's done by taking multiple images with different EV settings (I used 5 pics at -2, -1, 0, +1, +2 respectively), and combining them.
